瑞丰乐投letou官网, GBC is currently seeking candidates for a Senior 环保合规 Professional to work with our Minnesota-based 环保合规 Group. Nova’s environmental compliance professionals conduct a wide range of environmental compliance tasks in multiple jurisdictions across the U.S. This is a tremendous opportunity to broaden your regulatory and compliance experience as you grow your career with Nova.

  

As a Senior 环保合规 Professional at Nova, you will provide services to our clients in multiple areas including Air, 雨水, 废水, 固体 & 危险废物(RCRA), EPCRA (Tier II and TRI Reporting), 为何, 玻璃钢 and Compliance Auditing along with other related services areas. The preferred candidate will have proven regulatory knowledge and experience in multiple compliance areas.

Primary responsibilities will be to ensure clients maintain compliance with local, State and Federal environmental requirements. Assignments will range from small compliance support tasks to facility permitting projects, to comprehensive and ongoing environmental compliance management efforts on behalf of our clients. The Senior 环保合规 Professional will evaluate and deliver compliant environmental services and solutions in accordance with applicable local, 状态 and federal agency regulations nationwide. Nova is especially interested in candidates with extensive air permitting and air permit compliance management capabilities.

  • Conduct reviews and audits to evaluate compliance with local, 状态, and federal environmental requirements 

  • Conduct regulatory applicability evaluations and determinations 

  • Evaluate operations, gather data, and complete permit applications  

  • Develop and assist with implementation of appropriate plans and procedures (为何, SWPPP, 紧急应变计划, 玻璃钢, 等.) 

  • Manage permit requirements and assist in development of compliance demonstration procedures and record keeping methods 

  • Conduct environmental 培训 services/webinars

  • Complete periodic and/or annual compliance reporting requirements 

  • Efficiently coordinate and communicate services, 选项, 风险, and results with clients in a wide range of industries

最低要求

  • 10 years of environmental compliance experience in industry or consulting  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related discipline  

  • 扎实的U知识.S. and State environmental regulations in multiple compliance areas  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines  

  • Ability to develop and manage project scope, costs, and deliverables  

  • Strong technical writing and regulatory interpretation skills  

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, and a high degree of accuracy  

  • A high level of integrity and ability to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities  

  • Current, valid 状态 driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
